Terrance Manning, ND, RMSK, is a regenerative medicine specialist focusing on non-surgical treatment of spine and musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Manning completed a 3-year residency, specifically in the field of interventional orthobiologics under the supervision of visionaries and thought leaders within the field. He has been in practice for nearly a decade and has worked in multidisciplinary clinical settings.

His credentials include a doctorate from the National College of Natural Medicine, advanced certification in musculoskeletal ultrasonography (RMSK), and a master’s degree in philosophy from St John’s College-Santa Fe. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at Western Oregon University, where he graduated with Honors and was awarded the Most Outstanding Graduate Award in Pre-Professional Biology.

Ryan Minarik, ND, LAC. has a specialty in sports and regenerative medicine with a focus on using treatment modalities such as prolotherapy, PRP and MFAT injections, dry needling, and other ultrasound-guided procedures. He has received advanced training in prolotherapy and orthobiologic injections from numerous organizations including AAOM, AOAPRM, HHPF, and TOBI as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound training for diagnosis, injections and hydrodissection. With over 15 years of using PRP specifically, he has ample experience with the progression of PRP formulations, associated cellular concentrations, treatment benefits and side effects. He treats a wide range of clients, from weekend warriors with chronic degenerative conditions to professional-level and Olympic athletes. Dr Minarik co-founded and practices at FoRM Health, an established multi-practitioner functional and regenerative medicine clinic in Portland, OR for over 17 years. He is a member of the AAOM and IOF, and a founding board member of the Naturopathic Orthopedic Medicine Academy (NOMA).

Dr. Brittany Krake is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor at FoRM Health PDX specializing in functional medicine, women’s health, hormone optimization, and regenerative orthopedic therapies for chronic pain and acute injuries.

After serving as a U.S. Peace Corps Health Advisor in Malawi, she completed her doctorate and a post-graduate residency in integrative primary care at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, with advanced training in women’s health, physical medicine, and regenerative therapies.

Dr. Kelly Romero is a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor with an emphasis in sports medicine, hormone management, regenerative therapies, and autologous orthobiologics. She is the founder of Longevity Medicine & Sports Therapy in Chandler, Arizona. As both a clinician and an athlete with personal experience in chronic pain, Dr. Romero is commitment to providing effective pain solutions to her patients. Dr. Romero earned her medical degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe, Arizona and completed naturopathic residency training in family medicine.
