Clinical Intensive FAQs: Your Questions, Answered

Learn more about the program format, physician eligibility, pre-course education, hands-on cadaver training, registration, and what to expect before arriving at the XCELL Learning Center.
What is a Clinical Intensive?

Clinical Intensives are focused, pathology-based educational experiences designed to help physicians build confidence in regenerative medicine through evidence-based lectures, hands-on cadaver training, ultrasound-guided procedural education, and practical implementation strategies.

Who should attend a Clinical Intensive?

Clinical Intensives are designed for physicians interested in integrating or expanding orthobiologic procedures within their practice. Each course identifies its recommended experience level and clinical focus.

What makes XCELL Clinical Intensives different?

Unlike traditional lecture-based courses, Clinical Intensives combine:

  • Live virtual education before the event
  • Small-group hands-on cadaver training
  • Ultrasound-guided procedural instruction
  • Direct access to nationally recognized faculty
  • Practice implementation strategies that support clinical adoption
Are Clinical Intensives specialty-specific?

Yes. Each Clinical Intensive focuses on a single specialty and pathology, allowing participants to gain deeper procedural experience and clinical confidence in a focused area.

Why is there a webinar before the hands-on course?

The live webinar introduces the clinical science, evidence, and treatment strategies before the in-person event. Completing the foundational education in advance allows the hands-on course to focus on procedural skills, case discussions, and clinical application rather than introductory lectures.

How much hands-on experience is included?
Clinical Intensives are intentionally designed around small-group learning with extensive cadaver lab experience, maximizing opportunities for repetition, faculty interaction, and procedural confidence.
What happens after I register?
A member of the XCELL Learning Center Medical Education team will schedule a brief onboarding call to review logistics, answer questions, and ensure you're fully prepared for the educational experience.
Are Clinical Intensives complimentary?

Yes. Registration is complimentary for qualified healthcare providers. Space is limited due to the hands-on nature of the program.

Where are Clinical Intensives held?

All Clinical Intensives take place at the XCELL Learning Center in Clearwater, Florida. Nearby hotels are recommended here.
